The breakfast was solid, and the staff kept everything clean. Just a heads up, check if your room's amenities are in order. Overall, a great stay!

One downside was a $140 'authorization' fee at check-in, which felt unnecessary. It's confusing, and I've never faced such a fee before.

However, the breakfast area could get crowded, and I was disappointed by the lack of variety in the choices compared to previous visits. Additionally, the mattress pads seemed unclean, affecting comfort during the stay.

I loved the spacious double queen room with a large fridge and the friendly staff who made our stay welcoming, including Dottie at the front desk, who exuded gracious Southern hospitality. it was also just about 4 km away from the beautiful Elkin City Park, which made my morning strolls so enjoyable, and the nearby Reeves Theater & Cafe was perfect for catching local performances and delicious meals.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel was super handy to get to, and we spent a sunny afternoon at Grassy Creek Vineyard and Winery, which is a must-see. The breakfast spread was amazing, definitely one of the best I've had. Just a heads-up, the parking can fill up quickly, so arrive early!

We did find flimsy plastic cups in the room, which felt a bit cheap for such a nice place.
